Editorial Policy

Health content carries responsibility. This page explains how Health and Fitness researches, writes, reviews and corrects what it publishes, so you can judge for yourself how much to trust it.

Our Sources

We build articles from recognised sources: peer-reviewed medical journals, national health services and health ministries, and guidance from recognised professional bodies. Where an article makes a specific medical claim, we link to the source so you can read it yourself.

How an Article Is Made

  1. Topic selection — driven by reader questions and by what people are actually searching for.
  2. Research — we gather current guidance and check whether recommendations have changed recently.
  3. Writing — in plain language, with practical steps a reader can follow.
  4. Editing — an editor checks every factual claim and removes anything the evidence does not support.
  5. Publication and review — popular articles are revisited and updated as guidance changes.

What We Will Not Publish

  • Claims that a food, herb or remedy cures a serious disease.
  • Dangerous crash diets, extreme fasting protocols or unsafe dosage advice.
  • Content that discourages readers from seeking professional medical care.
  • Undisclosed sponsored content presented as independent editorial.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it. Email contact@creamytales.com with the article link and what needs correcting. Verified corrections are made promptly and, where the change is substantive, noted on the article itself.

Advertising and Editorial Independence

This site is funded by advertising, including Google AdSense. No advertiser sees or approves editorial content before publication, and no advertiser can pay for favourable coverage. Sponsored posts and affiliate links, where they appear, are clearly labelled within the article.

Author Transparency

Every article shows its author and its publication date. Where content has been reviewed by a healthcare professional, that is stated on the article.
